Assignment#13: "It's So Surreal" background information
1. The difference between real and surreal is that real shows what something exactly looks like. While surreal shows an idea based off of real things that someone thought of. Surreal normally has a true meaning behind it. Real is something that is true and surreal is something that is imaginative.
In a conversation, if someone says "That's so Surreal!" it means that it is something that isn't real. It means that it is so fake that it sounds like a dream. Like for example, if I said I saw an elephant riding the back of a mouse, its surreal because there is no way that could ever happen.

2. Laura Williams
I am intrigued by this photo because this photo makes it look as if the girl only has legs, feet, hands, and a head and everything else looks as if it isn't there. Also, you can't see the photographer taking the photo because the only thing in the mirror is the reflection of the grass.
Florence Henri
I am intrigued by this photo because there isn't just one reflection of the string in the mirror, but several mirrors that create three reflections and the original string. All of the mirrors make the reflection look like it has its own reflection.
